Satisfyer Yoni Power 1

Meet Satisfyer Yoni Power 1 kegel balls

A simple, body-friendly way to build pelvic floor strength and awareness, with a little extra stimulation while you train. This set includes three Ben Wa style kegel balls in stepped sizes, designed to help you progress comfortably over time.

Unlike many kegel balls that rely purely on weight, Yoni Power 1 focuses on graduated size progression. You begin with the largest ball (3 cm, 74 g), move to the medium (2.5 cm, 46 g), and work towards the smallest (2 cm, 22 g) as your pelvic floor becomes stronger and more responsive. As control improves, holding the smaller circumference becomes easier, which is a satisfying sign you’re building real strength.

Use these kegel balls for around 15 minutes a day as part of a consistent routine. Over time, regular pelvic floor training can support better muscle tone and control which many people associate with improved confidence, comfort, and more intense sensation. The ribbed, round design adds gentle stimulation during use, turning training into something you’ll actually want to keep up with.

If you’re looking for kegel balls for beginners that still offer a clear progression path, Yoni Power 1 is a practical, no-fuss place to start.
