Fable & Femme Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and without drawing any attention. The first part of this policy applies to every order. After that, find the section for where your order is going for delivery coverage, costs, and any customs charges that may apply.
Part 1: Applies to all orders
Discreet packaging
Every order is packed and shipped discreetly. There are no product names, company logos, or any reference to Fable & Femme on the outside of your parcel. Only your name and address are shown, so your privacy is always protected. Inside, your products are wrapped carefully so they arrive in perfect condition.
Processing times
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days. During busy periods this may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to keep things moving quickly. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Order tracking
Where your order includes tracking, you will receive a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery to your door.
Delivery estimates
Available delivery options, estimated delivery times, and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed, but we work closely with our carriers to get orders to you as promptly as possible.
Missed deliveries and collection
If a delivery attempt is missed, your parcel may be taken to a local delivery office or parcel shop. It is your responsibility to collect it within the timeframe set by the carrier. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, we can resend it once the additional postage cost has been paid.
Refused deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order, any return shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, carrier handling fees, or other costs incurred in returning the parcel to us may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, or appears to be missing items, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and any relevant photos. We will work with you to put it right quickly and fairly. This does not affect your statutory rights or the remedies set out in our Returns Policy.
Lost parcels
Claims for lost parcels are subject to the carrier's investigation procedures and timeframes. We will keep you informed throughout the process and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Address errors
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
Part 2: Where we ship and what it costs
United Kingdom
We deliver across the UK, including mainland addresses, the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and UK islands. Some remote locations may take slightly longer. We ship using trusted carriers such as Royal Mail and other reputable courier services. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
International orders: customs, duties and taxes
We ship to selected countries outside the UK. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
When you order from outside the United Kingdom, your parcel is exported from the UK and may be subject to import duties, taxes, and carrier handling or brokerage fees charged by the destination country. Unless your checkout total clearly shows these charges as prepaid, they are payable by you, in addition to the price you pay us, and are usually collected by the carrier or customs authority before or at delivery. These charges are set by the destination country, not by Fable & Femme.
It is your responsibility to make sure the items you order can be lawfully imported into your country. If a parcel is held, seized, or returned by customs, any refund of the product price will be handled under our Returns Policy, and original shipping costs are not refundable.
Export restrictions and sanctions
We reserve the right not to ship to destinations where export restrictions, sanctions, carrier restrictions, or local laws prevent us from supplying particular products. Where this affects an order you have already placed, we will cancel the affected items and refund you for them.
United States
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to duties, taxes, and carrier handling fees regardless of value. These charges are set by US authorities and are payable by you unless your checkout total shows them as prepaid.
Canada
Canadian orders may be subject to GST or HST, any applicable provincial taxes, import duties, and a carrier brokerage or handling fee. These are usually collected by the carrier before or at delivery, and are payable by you unless your checkout total shows them as prepaid.
Australia
Australian orders may be subject to 10% GST, and to import duties on orders valued above AUD 1,000. Depending on how your order is processed, these charges may be shown at checkout or collected on import. Any charges not shown as prepaid at checkout are payable by you.
