Satisfyer Strengthening Balls

If you want kegel balls that make progression simple, the Satisfyer Strengthening Balls are a straightforward, weight-based training set designed to help build pelvic floor strength and control over time. This set includes three Ben Wa style kegel balls with graduated weights, so you can start light and increase the challenge as your muscles get stronger.

How it works: begin with the lightest ball (61.9 g), move up to the middle weight (82.1 g), then progress to the heaviest ball (97.9 g) when you feel ready. A consistent routine matters more than heroic effort, so aim for around 15 minutes a day. Over a few weeks, many people find they gain better awareness and control, and some report increased sensation and more intense orgasms as pelvic floor engagement improves.

These kegel balls are designed for comfort and practicality. They’re made from soft, body-friendly silicone, and the retrieval string makes insertion and removal easier. They’re also often chosen by people looking to rebuild pelvic floor strength after pregnancy, but it’s sensible to check with a clinician before using any internal pelvic floor trainers postpartum.

Cleaning: wash with warm water and mild soap before and after use, then finish with a toy cleaner or disinfectant spray to keep things hygienic and ready for next time.

How these differ from Satisfyer Yoni Power 1 and Yoni Power 2

The Strengthening Balls are primarily about weight progression (61.9 g → 82.1 g → 97.9 g). By contrast, Yoni Power 1 and 2 kegel balls focus more on size progression (large → medium → small) with slightly different shapes and textures. If you like a clear, weight-based “level up” path, these are the better pick. If you prefer size-based progression, Yoni Power sets are the better fit.
